**RETURN POLICY**

SPRING 2021

NSU textbooks for classes starting JAN. 11TH may be returned for full credit until 5 p.m. FRIDAY, JAN. 15TH, 2021. Following this day, textbooks are not eligible for a full refund. AFTER JAN. 11TH, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, INCLUDING PREPAID SPECIAL ORDERS.  New books must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund. Do not mark in, soil, or scratch your books until you are sure you will keep them. Shrink wrapped texts are not refundable for full value once taken out of shrink-wrap. Access codes cannot be returned once any seals have been broken or shrink wrap removed. Special orders are non-returnable, unless otherwise specified on this receipt.

Rental Textbooks for the SPRING terms must be returned back to this location on or before the last day of those terms finals to avoid penalties and replacement charges. For the SPRING term this date is MAY 7th, 2021.

SUPPLIES, GIFT ITEMS, AND OTHER MERCHANDISE (THIS CATEGORY DOES NOT INCLUDE TEXTBOOKS OR COURSE MATERIALS) may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition with original tags and receipt.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE is always returnable within two weeks of purchase with receipt.
